Reaction Steps
Prepared from 4-[(2S)-oxiranylmethoxy]-9H-carbazole (0.239 g, 1.0 mmol) and 4-aminomethyl-1-(12-hydroxydodecyl)-piperidine (0.586 g, 2.0 mmol) according to procedure used for Example 2 to give 0.175 g of the title compound as an off-white solid (mp-110° C. (sinters) 166° C. (melts), Et2O).
