Procedure
Alternatively, the compound of Example 2, (±)-1-methylsulfonyl-(3-chlorophenyl)-5-[(4-chlorophenyl) hydroxyl (1-methyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl) methyl] indole was also made analogously to the method described for making Example Y, using methanesulfonyl chloride in place of 4-morpholinecarbonyl chloride. Yield: 77%. MS (Calc.): 526.46, MS(ES): 526.
