Prepared from (2-nitro-4-tributylstannanyl-phenyl)-carbamic acid tert.-butyl ester (Example D2) (3.18 g, 6.06 mmol) and 4-trifluoromethylsulfonyloxy-3,6-dihydro-2H-pyridine-1-carboxylic acid tert.-butyl ester (1.99 g, 6.0 mmol) [prepared from Boc-4-piperidone by treatment with LDA in THF at −78° C. followed by reaction with N-phenyl-bis(trifluoromethanesulfonimide) according to Wustrow et al. Synthesis 1991, 1993] according to the general procedure E. Obtained as an orange solid (1.304 g, 52%).
