Reaction Steps
(2R,3S)-2-(2,4-Difluorophenyl)-3-methyl-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methyloxirane was reacted with 4-[4-(2H-2-tetrazolyl)phenyl]-3(2H,4H)-1,2,4-triazolone in the same manner as in Working Example 11 to give 2-[(1R,2R)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-2-hydroxy-1-methyl-3-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propyl]-4-[4-(2H-2-tetrazolyl)phenyl]-3(2H,4H)-1,2,4-triazolone (Compound 25).
