The title compound is prepared from 4-amino-3-(3-(S)-amino-2-oxo-pyrrolidin-1-ylmethyl)-benzonitrile dihydrochloride as described in EXAMPLE 17, Part F using 5-chlorothieno[3,2-b]pyridine-2-sulfonyl chloride in place of 4,6-dichlorobenzo[b]thiophene-2-sulfonyl chloride. The crude product is purified by column chromatography eluting with a gradient of 10% EtOAc/CH2Cl2 to 25% EtOAc/CH2 cl2 to afford a white solid.
