A portion (600 mg) of the compound obtained in Example 132 was dissolved in anhydrous methylene chloride (10 ml) and to the solution was added morpholine (0.25 ml). The mixture was stirred overnight at room temperature. Water was added to the reaction mixture, followed by extraction with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with saturated aqueous solution of sodium chloride and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/hexane=1:19-1:3) to yield 560 mg (92%) of the titled compound.
