Procedure

Using N-(2-t-butyl-5-methoxycarbonylphenyl)-3-(4-formyl-2-methoxyphenyl)-5-methylhexanamide (prepared as described in Preparation 63B), the procedure described in Preparation 64B was repeated to give the title compound as a foam-like substance.
