Reaction Steps

A solution of the compound of Example 116 (0.05 g, 0.1 mmol) in DCM (1 mL) at rt was treated sequentially with TEA (0.03 mL, 2 eq.) and AcCl (1.5 eq.). The mixture was stirred at rt for 1 h, washed with water (2 mL) and purified by FC (EA, EA/MeOH 9:1) to give the title compound as a colourless foam (0.048 g, 88% yield).
