Reaction Steps
3.0 g 4-chloro-2-[4-(4-chloro-phenyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-6,7-dihydro-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine 5-oxide (cf Example 124), 2.8 g (S)-2-N-FMOC-aminomethylpyrrolidine and 2.7 ml diisopropylethylamine are placed in 24 ml DMF. The reaction mixture is divided into 3 and heated to 120° C. in the microwave for 0.3 hours. Then the reaction mixture is diluted with dichloromethane and filtered. The filtrate is evaporated to dryness. 6.6 g product are obtained as an oil.
