The title compound was prepared from Intermediate 4 (180 mg, 0.673 mmol), 2-(cyclopropylmethoxy)-3-methoxybenzaldehyde (192 mg, 1.010 mmol) and sodium ethoxide (92 mg, 1.346 mmol) in ethanol (15 ml) according to the procedure described in Example 9 to give 135 mg of the product as a light yellow solid; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 0.25-0.27 (m, 2H), 0.49-0.51 (m, 2H), 0.90-1.10 (m, 1H), 3.68 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 2H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 6.85 (d, J=15.6 Hz, 1H), 6.96-7.00 (m, 3H), 7.51-7.57 (m, 3H), 7.92 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 2H), 8.01 (d, J=5.1 Hz, 2H), 8.17 (d, J=15.6 Hz, 1H); ESI-MS (m/z) 456.23 (M+H)+.
