The title compound was prepared from Intermediate 16 (100 mg, 0.202 mmol) and 4-trifluoromethoxyphenylboronic acid (58 mg, 0.283 mmol) using Pd[(C6H5)3P]4 (90 mg, 0.008 mmol) and sodium carbonate (128 mg, 1.213 mmol) in toluene (10 ml) and ethanol (5 ml) and water (4 ml) according to the procedure outlined in Example 1 to afford crude residue which was purified by column chromatography to afford 60 mg of the desired product; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 0.22-0.27 (m, 2H), 0.46-0.52 (m, 3H), 0.98-1.01 (m, 1H), 2.44 (s, 3H), 3.67 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 2H), 3.76 (s, 3H), 6.86-6.92 (m, 2H), 6.99-7.00 (m, 2H), 7.45 (m, 1H), 7.84 (s, 1H), 8.12 (d, J=15.6 Hz, 1H); ESI-MS (m/z) 529.23 (M+H)+.
