The title compound was prepared from Intermediate 19 (65 mg, 0.122 mmol) and 4-trifluoromethoxyphenyl boronic acid (27 mg, 0.132 mmol) using Pd[(C6H5)3P]4 (5 mg, 0.004 mmol) in toluene (10 ml) and ethanol (5 ml) followed by sodium carbonate (77 mg, 0.734 mmol) in water (5 ml) according to the procedure outlined in Example 1 to afford 75 mg of the desired compound; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 0.99 (s, 9H), 3.50 (s, 2H), 3.76 (s, 3H), 6.81 (d, J=16.2 Hz, 1H), 6.88-6.94 (m, 1H), 6.99 (d, J=4.2 Hz, 2H), 7.42-7.48 (m, 4H), 8.18 (d, J=15.6 Hz, 1H), 8.26 (s, 1H); ESI-MS (m/z) 565.55, 567 (M+H)+.
