Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in a similar manner as described for Intermediate 35b, from 4-hydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-benzofuran-6-carboxylic acid methyl ester (3e) and 4-bromo-2,6-difluoro-benzoic acid tert-butyl ester. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.29 (s, 1 H) 7.23 (s, 1 H) 6.48 (d, J=8.84 Hz, 2 H) 3.89 (s, 3 H) 2.88 (s, 2 H) 1.59 (s, 9 H) 1.49 (s, 6 H); LCMS for C23H24F2O6 m/z 457.20 (M+Na)+.
