Reaction Steps

Prepared in a similar manner to example 4 using 1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid and 4-heptylamine. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3): δ 0.90 (t, 6H, J=7.2 Hz), 1.41 (m, 4H), 1.50 (m, 4H), 2.27 (s, 3H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 4.09 (m, 1H), 6.49 (d, 1H), 6.53 (s, 1H). MS (M+H, 238).
