Reaction Steps
Prepared in a similar manner to Example 162 using 2,4-dimethylpentan-3-amine and 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-p-toluic acid (90%). 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 0.91 (d, J=6.7 Hz, 6H), 1.00 (d, J=6.8 Hz, 6H), 1.85 (m, 2H), 2.29 (m, 3H), 3.82 (m, 1H), 5.52 (bd, 1H). MS (306.1, M+H) m.p. 184-187° C.
