tert-Butyl{1-[2-(7-fluoro-3-methyl-2,4-dioxo-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-1(2H)-yl)ethyl]piperidin-4-yl}carbamate (Intermediate 135) (200 mg, 0.476 mmol) was reacted as described for Intermediate 106. The crude trifluoro acetate of the title compound was used without further purification for the next step (quantitative).
