Compound 63 was prepared using a procedure analogous to that described in connection with compound 1D, except that (S)-4-ethyl-7-(hydroxymethyl)-3-methyl-3,4-dihydropyrido[3,2-b]pyrazin-2(1H)-one was used instead of (S)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-6a,7,8,9-tetrahydropyrido[3,2-e]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazin-6(5H)-one and 4-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine was used instead of 1-(4-chlorophenyl)piperazine. 1H NMR (CHLOROFORM-d) δ (ppm): 7.79 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H), 7.68 (br. s., 1H), 7.27-7.34 (m, 4H), 7.02 (s, 1H), 6.06 (br. s., 1H), 4.21 (q, J=6.8 Hz, 1H), 3.98-4.12 (m, 1H), 3.44-3.61 (m, 2H), 3.07-3.26 (m, 3H), 2.75 (t, J=5.2 Hz, 2H), 2.55 (br. s., 2H), 1.36 (d, J=6.8 Hz, 3H), 1.26 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 3H); [M+H] calc'd for C22H25ClN4O, 397. found, 397.
