50 mg (0.119 mmol) of N4-[3-fluoro-4-(1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-4-yloxy)phenyl]-6-piperidin-3-ylpyrimidine-2,4-diamine (from example 134) are suspended in ethanol. 0.013 ml (0.146 mmol) of acetic anhydride are added, and the mixture is stirred at room temperature for 18 hours. The mixture is then concentrated. The residue is purified by preparative HPLC.
