PROCEDURE

实验过程

150 g of ethyl propiolate were added dropwise to a solution of 270 g of bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) malonate in 400 ml of ethanol at 60° C. The mixture was then refluxed for 4 hours. The solvent was removed by distillation under reduced pressure, and recrystallization of the resulting residue from isopropanol yielded 245 g of the compound of the formula shown below in the form of a colorless solid of melting point 100°-102° C. ##STR23##
