304 mg of the compound (168) obtained in Example 45 was added to 2 ml of pyridine, and 260 mg of p-toluene-sulfonyl chloride was added to the solution. The solution was stirred for 2 hours at room temperature. 50 ml of chloroform was added to the solution, and the solution was washed with water and aqueous 5% citric acid solution. The organic layer was separated, and after drying over magnesium sulfate, the solvent was removed by distillation. To the residue, ethanol was added, and the solid matter was filtered off and washed with isopropyl ether to obtain 220 mg of the subject compound (169).
