Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Step 6 of Example 1 from 1-isopropyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazol-2-one and methyl 1-[(4-{[(tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino]methyl}piperidin-1-yl)methyl]cyclobutanecarboxylate (step 2 of Example 7).
