Compound 20C (60 mg, 0.136 mmol) was dissolved in 2 mL DCM. NCS (22 mg, 0.165 mmol) was added. The mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. Example 29 (35.3 mg, 54%) was isolated by preparative HPLC separation. 1H NMR (400 MHz, MeOD) δ 8.50 (s, 1H) 7.45 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H) 7.38 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H) 7.10 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H) 4.51 (m, 1H) 4.03 (m, 1H) 3.88 (m, 1H), 3.82 (s, 3H) 3.68 (d, J=4 Hz, 2H).
