Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared following the same procedure for the synthesis of compound 5G using compound 5F and 2-bromo-N,N-dimethylethanamine hydrobromide as starting material. 1H NMR (400 MHz, MeOD) δ 8.57 (s, 1H) 7.68 (m, 2H) 7.33 (t, J=8.36 Hz, 1H) 5.78 (s, 1H) 4.51 (t, J=4.0 Hz, 2H) 3.69 (s, 3H) 3.66 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 2H) 3.09 (s, 6H). [M+H] calc'd for C18H19FIN5O2, 484; found, 484.
