Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared as described in Example 7 but using (4-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-3-yl-2-methyl-phenyl)-acetic acid (Step 60.1) and 4-(4-isopropyl-piperazin-1-ylmethyl)-3-trifluoromethyl-phenylamine (disclosed in WO 03/099771). Title compound: ES-MS: 551.3 [M+H]+; tR=3.23 min (System 1); Rf=0.28 (CH2Cl2/MeOH, 9:1+0.1% NH3aq).
