To a solution of 3.00 g of compound obtained in Step 7-2-2 in CHCl3 (30 ml) was added sequentially 654 mg of Py and 984 mg of thionyl chloride under ice cooling, and the reaction mixture was stirred for 2 hours at the same temperature. The reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the obtained residue was purified by column chromatography (silicagel 60; mobile phase: EtOAc/n-hexane=1/4; v/v) to obtain 2.63 g of the title compound (orange color solid).
