With 4.75 g of 2-bromo-4-chloro-1-methoxy benzene and 1.96 g of 5-chloro-4-methyl isatin, which is the compound described in Example 136 of the brochure Publication No. WO03106435, as starting materials, 2.43 g of the title compound (yellow solid) was obtained by a similar method to Step 21-1.
