Reaction Steps

With 20.0 g of tert-butyl (2S,4S)-2-[(dimethylamino)carbonyl]-4-hydroxypyrrolidine-1-carboxylate and 25.9 g of bromoethyl acetate as starting material, 12.3 g of the title compound obtained by a similar procedure to Step 139-1.
