Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 10, step 3, N-[5-(3-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-thiophen-2-ylmethyl]-2-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonamide (example 27, step 1) was reacted with tert-butylchloroacetate and cesium carbonate in N,N-dimethylacetamide to give [[5-(3-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-thiophen-2-ylmethyl]-(2-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonyl)-amino]-acetic acid tert-butyl ester as a light yellow oil. MS: 606.6 ([M+NH4]+)
