Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 10, step 3, N-[5-(3-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-thiophen-2-ylmethyl]-2-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonamide (example 27, step 1) was reacted with 1-(2-chloroethyl)pyrrolidine and cesium carbonate in N,N-dimethylacetamide for 3 days at r.t. to give N-[5-(3-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-thiophen-2-ylmethyl]-N-(2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-ethyl)-2-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonamide as a light yellow oil. MS: 572.6 ([M+H]+)
