Compound 197 was synthesized using spiro[naphtho[1,2-b][1,4]oxathiine-2,3′-piperidine]-5,6-dione, (2S)-2-[(4-tert-butylphenoxy)methyl]oxirane and conditions outlined in procedure Y. M.p.=90-92° C., 400 MHz 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ: 8.04-8.02 (d, J=7.43 Hz, 1H), 7.75-7.73 (d, J=7.82 Hz, 1H), 7.63-7.58 (m, 1H), 7.48-7.44 (m, 1H), 7.31-7.21 (m, 2H), 6.83-6.80 (m, 1H), 4.13-4.07 (m, 1H), 3.15-2.96 (m, 3H), 2.82 (s, 1H), 2.65-2.50 (m, 5H), 2.04-1.73 (m, 4H), 1.29 (s, 9H); LCMS: 508 [M+H].
