Reaction Steps
(2S)—N-(cis-4-methylcyclohexyl)-N-{(3S,5S)-5-[(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)carbonyl]pyrrolidin-3-yl}tetrahydrofuran-2-carboxamide (0.76 g, 1.87 mmol) obtained in Step E of Example 16 and (3S,4R)-1-BOC-4-(4-chlorophenyl)pyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid obtained in Preparation 14 were reacted according to the same procedure as in the Step F of Example 1 to give the title compound (1.18 g, 88%).
