The title compound was prepared using the procedure described in Example 172 substituting 2-(3-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)acetic acid from Example 216A for 2-(3,3-bis(4-fluorophenyl)-2-oxopiperidin-1-yl)acetic acid and 7-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline for 3,3-diphenylpyrrolidine. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ ppm 7.53-7.33 (m, 2H), 7.31-7.18 (m, 3H), 7.02 (td, J=3.4, 8.7, 2H), 4.74 (d, J=23.8, 2H), 4.31 (t, J=18.2, 1H), 4.20-4.02 (m, 1H), 3.86 (t, J=6.0, 1H), 3.78-3.69 (m, 2H), 3.66-3.53 (m, 2H), 3.04-2.87 (m, 2H), 2.66-2.49 (m, 1H), 2.27-2.09 (m, 1H); MS (DCI) m/z 421.1 (M+H)+.
