The general procedure described in Example 31 was followed using 2-amino-4-methoxy-3-methyl benzamide as benzamide derivative [A] and benzoyl chloride as acid chloride [B], which gave the title compound (2.0 g, 80%), [M+H]=253. 1H-NMR DMSO-D6 δ 3.97 (s, 3H), 7.39-7.72 (m, 6H), 8.19 (m, 2H), 12.48 (s, 1H).
