The title compound is prepared in analogy to Example 19b starting from 11.2 g (47.4 mmol) of 5-ethyl-2-((E)-2-nitro-vinylamino)benzoic acid (Example 49c) and 5.58 g (56.8 mmol) potassium acetate in 50 ml acetic anhydride. mp: 308-310° C. (dec.); MS: 219 (M++1); HPLC: tret=12.48 min (Grad 3).
