The title compound is prepared in analogy to Example 86, starting from 500 mg (1.415 mmol) of [8-chloro-1-(2-chloro-phenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-]quinolin-2-yl]-acetonitrile (Example 85), 590 mg (8.5 mmol) hydroxylamin hydrochloride, 495 mg (4.67 mmol) sodium carbonate in 2.8 ml water and 11.5 ml DMF. mp: 114° C.; MS: 386 (M++1); HPLC: tret=70.40 min (Grad 1).
