Reaction Steps

The product of Step B (20 mg, 0.037 mmol) was dissolved in EtOAc (1 mL) and AcOH (1 mL) and zinc (5 mg) were added. The reaction was stirred at rt for 10 min and concentrated. The residue was redissolved in CH2Cl2 and purified directly by silica gel flash chromatography gradient eluted with 0-15% EtOAc in hexane to afford the title compound. (LC-2) HPLC/MS: 452.4 (M+1), 545.4 (M+3); Rt=4.30 min.
