Reaction Steps
Essentially following the procedures described for Intermediate 7, but using ethyl 4-[3-(2-tert-butoxy-2-oxoethyl)-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl]benzoate from Step D in place of tert-butyl (2-oxo-3-pyridin-2-yl-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl)acetate, the title compound was prepared. MS: m/z=341 (M+1).
