Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared following the procedure of Intermediate 22 but starting from 1-bromo-4-chlorobenzene. Purification by flash chromatography (CHCl3/MeOH) gave the title compound as a beige solid. M+(ESI): 211.2. HPLC purity: >96%).
