A mixture of 1-{4-[4-(2-tert-butyl-6-trifluoromethylpyrimidin-4-yl)piperazin-1-yl]butyl}-5-methyl-4-thioxo-3,4-dihydro-1H-pyrimidin-2-one from Example 2 (0.24 mmol, 0.12 g) and azetidine (5.81 mmol, 0.33 g) in ethanol (1.9 ml) was stirred at 60° C. in a microwave (Milestone Ethos 1600) for 1 hour. The reaction mixture was then concentrated and the resulting residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gel (eluent: CH2Cl2/methanol 95/5), resulting in 0.08 g of the title compound.
