Reaction Steps

In analogy to the procedure described in example 59, [2-(4-chloro-phenyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-indazol-3-yl]-cyclohexyl-acetic acid (example 5.1) was reacted with 3-(4-amino-3-fluoro-phenyl)-propionic acid tert-butyl ester in the presence of DIPEA and HATU in DMF to give the title compound yellow solid.
