To a stirred solution of 21-2 (0.4 g, 0.8 mMol) in anhydrous 1,4-dioxane (3 mL) was added hydrazine (0.45 mL, 14.5 mMol). The solution was heated to 100° C. in a microwave reactor for 5 minutes. The solvent was removed in vacuo and was dried azeotropically with toluene three times to yield 21-3.
