625 mg of the compound prepared in (10) above was added to a mixed solution of 7.5 ml of concentrated hydrochloric acid, 18 ml of methanol and 12 ml of water, and stirred at 80° C. for 7 hours. Insoluble substances were removed by filtration and the filtrate was purified with HPLC (CAPCELL PAK C18) using a mixture of acetonitrile-water-1N hydrochloric acid (20:80:1) to obtain 138 mg of Isomer A and 143 mg Isomer B of the title compound.
