To a solution of 0.07 g (0.29 mmol) of (+/−) 9-amino-2-pyridin-4-yl-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-4H-pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one dissolved in 1 mL of dichloromethane at 10° C. was added 0.034 g (0.29 mmol) of phenylisocyanate dissolved in 1 mL at 10° C. The resulting mixture was stirred at 10° C. for 30 min. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 h.
