Reaction Steps
3,6-Dichloro-pyridazine-4-carboxylic acid {2-[3-(3-fluoro-benzyl)-ureido]-thiazol-4-ylmethyl}-methyl-amide (47 mg) was treated with potassium hydroxide (56 mg) in MeOH (5 mL) over night. The resultant mixture was diluted with water (10 mL) and the pH was adjusted to 9-10 by sodium bicarbonate. After evaporation of MeOH, the resultant precipitate-3-chloro-6-methoxypyridazine-4-carboxylic acid {2-[3-(3-fluoro-benzyl)-ureido]-thiazol-4-ylmethyl}-methyl-amide was collected, briefly rinsed with water and dried. The desired product was confirmed by 1HNMR and LC-MS.
