Procedure
3,6-Dichloro-pyridazine-4-carboxylic acid {2-[3-(3-fluoro-benzyl)-ureido]-thiazol-4-ylmethyl}-methyl-amide (150 mg) in acetic acid (10 mL) was heated at reflux for 2 h. The resultant mixture was concentrated and purified by a preparative C-18 reverse phase HPLC. About 15 mg of the desired product-3-chloro-6-hydroxypyridazine-4-carboxylic acid {2-[3-(3-fluoro-benzyl)-ureido]-thiazol-4-ylmethyl}-methyl-amide was obtained. The desired product was confirmed by 1HNMR and LC-MS.
