Tetrahydro-furan-2-carboxylic acid (cyano-{2-[3-(3-fluoro-benzyl)-ureido]-thiazol-4-yl}-methyl)-methyl-amide (420 mg) was dissolved in MeOH (10 mL) and treated with Raney®-Nickel under a pressurized hydrogen (45 psi) over a couple of hours until all starting materials were consumed. The final product was purified by column chromatography. The product was confirmed by 1H NMR and LC-MS.
