Reaction Steps

To a solution of 201 (27 mg, 0.05 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (1 mL), which was stirred at room temperature and was added phenyl isocyanate (6.5 mg, 0.055 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred for 1.5 hours at 30° C., and was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by flash chromatography, afforded 201H (21 mg) as a white solid. LCMS: purity=96%. MS (EZ, m/e): 639.2 (M+H)+.
