Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 1c, 500 mg (2.72 mmol) of 6-chloro-4-methyl-1H-pyrazolo-[3,4-b]pyridin-3-ol were reacted with 346.3 mg (2.72 mmol) of 1-isocyanatohexane in THF at 60° C. Yield: 428 mg (51%), M+H+: 311.27.
