The title compound was prepared from (R)-3-cyclopentyl-2-(4-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-N-(5-thiocyanato-thiazol-2-yl)-propionamide and methyl iodide as described in Example 10. 1H-NMR (CDCl3): δ 11.8 (broad s, 1H), 7.86 (d, 2H), 7.52 (d, 2H), 7.44 (s, 1H), 3.79 (t, 1H), 3.04 (s, 3H), 2.46 (s, 3H), 2.27 (m, 1H), 1.89 (m, 1H), 1.81-1.44 (m, 7H), 1.12 (m, 2H); HPLC-MS: m/z: 425 (M+1).
