The title compound (309 mg) is prepared in analogy to Example 201 starting from 4-[5-(5-diethylaminomethyl-4-methyl-thiophen-2-yl)-[1,2,4]oxadiazol-3-yl]-2-ethyl-6-methyl-phenol (700 mg, 1.82 mmol) and 3-(Boc-amino)-propylbromide (900 mg, 3.63 mmol); LC-MS: tR=0.46 min; [M+1]+=443.10.
